What services/specialties does the salon offer?
All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. With 48+ hours' notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account and can be used towards a future appointment within 12 months.
Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to make another booking.
Is parking available?
Yes there is plenty of convenient parking available directly outside the salon for our guests.
If you have any concerns with your hair following your appointment, please contact us within 7 days of your service.
Any complimentary adjustments must be assessed and completed within this timeframe.
